Community Energy Challenge

Rothsay students under the leadership of the SCEC take on the task

In 2009, Otter Tail Power Company chose Rothsay to embark on an exciting and unique project with the goal to reduce the community's energy consumption by 10-15% over the next 3-5 years. This is one of Otter Tail Power Company's 100-year anniversary Pay it Forward projects.
